Vessel Walkthrough
SPACIOUS AND LUXURIOUS FIVE STATEROOM ARRANGEMENT! The "SCUTTI SHARK" is a remarkably unique motor yacht whose pedigree, craftsmanship and composite FRP construction rivals the finest boat builders worldwide. She is an exquisitely designed, fast and luxurious Mega-Yacht, which is the result of close corroboration between renowned Naval Architect Andrew Winch, world premier composite experts High Modulus, Ltd. and Evolve Yachts. The yacht meets all the elements of vision, spirit, motivation and flowing space requirements of her savvy owner. Broker's Remarks
The under stated luxury and stylish lines of "SCUTTI SHARK" provide the willing buyer the opportunity to purchase a magnificent and unique Mega-Yacht with all systems like new at nearly half the cost of duplicating a similar yacht at a world class yard. Health issues have dictated that its owner considers trades for commercial real estate, a corporate jet or cash. Noteworthy additional features of the vessel include twin 2X 5 blade Nibral bronze propellers, which fit snuggly into Hull-Tunnels for maximum performance and minimum draft. The twin DDC GMC 16V92 TA at 1450 HP each provides a cruising speed of 18 knots with a top speed of 23 knots at 2350 RPM. The Royal Institute of Naval Architects with Certificate Number 76312 provides the classification for the vessel. It is interesting to note that High Modulus, LTD was responsible for the composite FRP design for components including hulls, decks and spars of three of the America's Cup contestants this year. The tremendous beam on "SCUTTI SHARK" provides the look and feel of a 130 ft motor yacht. This remains a most significant feature because the luxurious spaciousness within the 109' length also provides much easier mooring capabilities while cruising. The recent Marine Survey suggests a Present Market Value for "SCUTTI SHARK" at $9,600,000.00, which represents about half the cost to build a new yacht like it. In the rarefied air within the realm of the Mega-Yachts, the phrase; "Competition Ends where Excellence Begins..." is the epitome of what vessels like "SCUTTI SHARK" are about; this idea was expertly captured through the images produced by John Rowe Photography of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Consider the initial concept of the vessel followed by the corroborations of design, engineering, materials and construction. The final result represents thousands upon thousands of skilled man hours to create, embodies the highest degree of yacht building art and provides an exquisite flowing style with a dynamic function as its conclusion.....
